The Volunteer Administrators' Network (VAN) for central
Ohio, is committed to excellence in volunteer management. VAN is the leading organization for volunteer administrators offering high-quality professional development and networking opportunities. Members represent non-profit organizations, government agencies and corporate programs.
VAN is going through some changes!
You may have noticed some changes lately while browsing our
website. In addition to moving a few pages around, we are adding new resources
and articles to better connect our members to our professional development
sessions and to each other. If you haven’t looked yet, please visit the “members
only” portion of the website and click on “Resources” to view power points and
hand outs from past professional development sessions.
Our Community Events Calendar may be viewed by members and
prospective members, and is a great place to post any events or professional development
opportunities of your organization’s that may be of interest to other VAN
members.
Finally, swing by our message boards and share your
questions, thoughts, or stories with fellow volunteer coordinators. These have
been quiet for a while but we are starting the conversation back up. Check in
at the beginning of each month to view a new topic of conversation for members,
and always feel free to post one of your own!
