As the leading organization for volunteer administration in Central Ohio, the Volunteer Administrators’ Network of Central Ohio (VAN) is committed to excellence in volunteer management by providing high-quality professional development and networking opportunities.  VAN’s Biannual Fall Conference provides volunteer management professionals with a low-cost, high-quality educational experience.  The 2009 Biannual Fall Conference: “The Well Prepared Volunteer Manager: Building & Maintaining Your Professional Toolkit” will be held on Monday, September 21, and include a key note address from international trainer, consultant, and author Betty Stallings.  Participants can choose from a variety of workshop topics, from working with Faith-Based communities to innovative leadership strategies in difficult times.
