Participants will learn
listening skills that set them apart as people who care. When we learn to
listen in a way that others feel heard, they also feel valued. This
presentation teaches levels of listening and how to distinguish when each is
most important. The presentation allows participants to practice the listening
styles so that they leave with new skills. Learning to really listen to others
