Join VAN member and presenter, Amy Brown, for this interactive workshop utilizing playdough and your imagination! Small groups will discuss what characteristics are necessary to create the "ideal" volunteer or volunteer manager. At the end of this session, participants will: 1) find new ways to show appreciation for their volunteers and realize what they are looking for in their volunteers, and 2) learn what makes a great volunteer supervisor and the interaction and expectations of both volunteers and supervisor.
